Ballina Golf and Sports Club prides itself with providing caring and professional service whatever the occasion. Whether it be a meeting to a cocktail party, birthday celebration or formal dinner, we cover it all . We offer a multi-faceted venue surrounded by a tranquil garden setting, with panoramic views of the golf course from each function area. 

Here at the Ballina Golf & Sports Club’s, we are committed to providing you and your guest’s superior customer service, attention to detail, peace of mind and value for money. Our experienced and professional Functions Team are on hand to make your function both memorable and successful. 

Our dedicated functions team can cater for a variety of functions from small meetings with 10 guests to large events for 150 guests. Our delightful catering options include a collection of delicious packages from assorted platters to a la carte menus.

Function Room Options

The Ballina Golf and Sports Club has two Function Rooms available for Hire for Functions and Parties. Our large Function area is a versatile space that can be transformed to cater for your requests. Our Asian Green Restaurant can also be exclusively booked for large groups pending availability. 

Lounge Area Options 

Boasting a large open area overlooking our manicured greens and native trees, this is our most popular room. The room layout can be manipulated to host a variety of different events. 

COST: $400

SEATS: 

  • Up to 100 people sit down
  • Up to 150 people cocktail

INCLUSIONS:

  • Set-up and pack-down of room
  • Decorations (Helium balloons, Black or White table cloths, VIP barriers)
  • Dance floor

Board Room Options

Our Boardroom is a small isolated and private room overlooking the Golf Course. It has one large ‘Board style’ polished timber table at the center with 10 plush chairs surrounding. This room’s layout cannot be changed.
