Volunteer Agreement

This Volunteer Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which the Volunteer will undertake voluntary work for Ballina Golf & Sports Club. By submitting this Agreement, the Volunteer agrees to abide by the policies, procedures, and safety rules set forth by the Club.

Volunteer Resposibilties

The volunteer agrees to:
Sign in and out of Volunteers Register and report to Lead Volunteer upon arrival.(Required)
Only undertake work as directed by the Lead Volunteer.(Required)
Adhere to all safety rules, including operating equipment only after being trained and deemed competent.(Required)
Follow all Club environmental, health and safety procedures.(Required)
Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.(Required)
Complying with any daily safety briefings.(Required)
Disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or medications that may impact their ability to perform their volunteer duties safely. Volunteers must not be under the influence whilst signed in.(Required)
Report any incidents, injuries, or hazardous conditions to the Course Superintendent, 2IC or Lead Volunteer.(Required)
Follow emergency procedures in the event of a fire, injury, or other emergency, including moving to the designated assembly point.(Required)
The Volunteer agrees to release and indemnify Ballina Golf & Sports Club from any claims, actions, or demands that may arise in the course of their volunteer activities, except in cases of negligence or misconduct by the Club or its employees.(Required)
