We have recently had an opportunity to review the memberships on offer at our club.
Understanding the amount of Select (AGF), Select (Non-AGF) and Midweek members, and to alleviate the booking pressure on the timesheet, Lifestyle and Country Membership booking rules have been changed.
The Lifestyle and Country member booking schedule is now 5 days prior, at 6pm (as opposed to 6 days prior). These member categories now have uncapped rounds (as opposed to being capped at 20 per year).
We have now made guest competition bookings align with the same 5 day booking protocol. Members wishing to book guests will only be able to do at this time.
Group competition bookings will remain capped at 12 and booked on the days and times of least demand, generally the back of the field.
If you happen to miss your preferred time, please utilise the waitlist and specify the time range you wish to play.
Our pro shop staff have discretionary booking and will continue to ensure a fair booking sheet exists, where members have priority.
